• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own account — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where accessing 777jay would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 777jay or any affiliated company.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 777jay account. Each player is permitted exactly one account.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently barred from 777jay.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 777jay may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 777jay immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. No maximum deposit is specified, though 777jay reserves the right to apply limits at account level where required by our risk management procedures.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 777jay wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt from the payment network.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. 777jay does not function as a money storage, transfer, or conversion facility.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• 777jay does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass full identity verification (KYC). Verification documents may include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within 60 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• 777jay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculations in any game or on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use 777jay for any purpose connected with financial crime, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases carry a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration per visit. An alert is issued when your limit is approaching, and you may opt for automatic logout upon expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: You may exclude yourself from 777jay for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of your session duration and net wagering position.

• Reproducing or redistributing any part of the 777jay platform for commercial purposes.
• Using the 777jay name, logo, or brand assets in any context that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically downloading platform content using automated tools.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the 777jay platform.

• 777jay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• 777jay shall not be liable for losses caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system delays outside our direct control.
• In any event, 777jay's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

777jay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, withhold balances pending investigation, and void any pending bets or bonus awards in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or collusion.
• Exploitation of software errors or technical faults to gain unfair winnings.
• Use of prohibited automated tools or scripts.
• Account holder found to be under 21 years of age.
• A court order or directive from a competent authority requiring account closure.

To raise a formal complaint or initiate a dispute, contact the 777jay support team. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by 777jay to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision for the future. All waivers must be express and in writing to be effective.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
